How to Add a Fabric Insert to Flat Bottom Rail

Remove One End Cap
1. Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the clear plastic end cap from the bottom rail. Be careful not to scratch the bottom rail.
Remove and Flip the Bottom Rail
2. Remove the bottom rail and flip it so that the side with the channels that house the insert is facing up.
Insert the Fabric Piece
3. From the side with the end cap removed gently insert the fabric and run your finger over it to ensure that the fabric is correctly fitted inside the channels.
Replace the End Cap
4. Replace the clear plastic end cap to complete the bottom rail.
And You're Done!
Congratulations you have successfully changed your flat bottom rail to flat bottom rail with an insert!
