Zipscreen Awnings

Zipscreen provides privacy and weather protection for outdoor areas, verandas, and balconies. These outdoor window coverings are a sturdy alternative to awnings and outdoor shutters, with a unique mesh zip-guided system that can be operated through an automated motor, spring or crank. 

Depending on your needs, your Zipscreen can be custom-designed to fit any space with widths up to 5.8 metres. The Zipscreen Extreme can accommodate widths up to 7 metres if you have a larger area.

Your Zipscreen awnings should last several years with proper care and maintenance. We recommend cleaning at least once every three months to prevent dust and dirt buildup along the side channels. To clean the blind, use a soft brush to remove any grime on the fabric. Avoid using any silicone or oil-based sprays since they can potentially cause damage.

Although they are water-resistant, Zipscreens should be rolled up during extreme rain and winds to prevent any damage. 

Remember to dry your shades correctly after water exposure. To extend the lifespan of your purchase, avoid rolling up your Zipscreen awnings when wet to prevent mould growth and mildew.

Zip blinds aren’t designed to handle extreme weather. During severe rain and winds, we recommend rolling up your blinds and securing them properly to avoid any damage.
